Job Description
Lead McCarthy's team efforts to provide MEP preconstruction services to clients, developing overall MEP estimating and bid strategy, and leading and executing the estimating/bid process.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in construction management or engineering
- Proven experience estimating medium-large projects
- General knowledge of construction principles and practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to use or learn to use various estimating programs (MC2, TSI, Quick Pen, Accubid, OST, QTO)
- Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors, and/or self-perform work
- Experience leading successful team ventures, including development of employees and relationships with external entities and subcontractor community
