Job Description
Join the McCarthy Intern Advantage program during the summer of 2026 and gain hands-on experience in construction management. Assist project managers and field staff with various tasks and responsibilities, including general contract administration, construction scheduling, and quality control.
Requirements
- Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior working towards Bachelors degree, preferably in Construction Management or Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Valid interest in pursuing a career in Construction/Project Management required
- General knowledge of construction principles/processes
