Project Superintendent - Asphalt

Project Superintendents are responsible for ensuring safe and efficient jobsite operations, coordinating between project managers, subcontractors, and field operations, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and mechanical skills.

Requirements

• Four years of related construction experience or four-year degree in related field
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to adapt to various computer programs through training
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reasoning Skills (problem solving and troubleshooting skills)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness and handle sensitive or confidential information in a professional manner
• Ability to assess and report various hazards and work safely to prevent accidents and injuries
• Mechanical capabilities as preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, with an understanding of basic math preferred
