Dozer Operator - Experienced

The Dozer Operator - Experienced position involves operating equipment on job sites, communicating with teams, and ensuring project completion while prioritizing safety. Responsibilities include manual labor, traffic control, and problem-solving. Cross-training on other equipment and duties is required.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in site preparation and excavation operations
• Experience operating a dozer and other equipment with a good safety record
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reasoning Skills (problem solving and troubleshooting skills)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to assess and report various hazards and work safely to prevent accidents and injuries
• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement preferred
• Mechanical capabilities as preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, with an understanding of basic math preferred
