Concrete Plant Maintenance is responsible for providing routine and repair maintenance on our concrete plants and its various components. Responsibilities include diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairing of conveyors and other related systems.
Requirements
- Possess valid State of Wisconsin Driving License and satisfactory driving record
- 1-2 years of mechanical experience or training
- Experience with welding/fabrication, and electrical or training
- Self-Motivated with independent judgment skills to perform work tasks without supervision
- Communication skills, both verbal and written; including the ability to provide and comprehend clear instructions or directions (both general and technical)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality of work
- Reasoning Skills (problem solving and troubleshooting) with the ability to respond to emergencies quickly
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, with an understanding of basic math skills preferred
