Technical Manager - Land Development

McAdams is seeking a Technical Manager to ensure project excellence and uphold the McAdams brand. The role oversees project setup, execution, and closeout to deliver top-quality results, provides technical expertise to resolve complex design challenges, and coaches team members to foster skill growth.

Requirements

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field
• EI required; PE required
• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in civil site design or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to land development, zoning, stormwater management, and permitting processes
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills
