Process Engineer

MBRYONICS is at the forefront of free space optical communications. We are currently looking for a Process Engineer to join our group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production in a technical environment.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure seamless integration into production.
• Lead process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Identify and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source equipment, materials, and components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Ensure all processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
