Job Description
The Senior Construction Inspector will perform moderate to considerable difficulty work, including field checks, compliance inspections, and quality assurance monitoring. They will also develop payment applications, communicate with contractors, and maintain project records.
Requirements
- Experience inspecting construction work activities
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Certification(s) from at least one or more of the following: ACI Field Tech, VDOT Intermediate Work Zone, VDOT Soils and Aggregate
