Building Enclosure Commissioning Specialist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Building Enclosure Commissioning Specialist to support our expanding portfolio of BECx projects. The ideal candidate will have three to ten years of experience in the design, analysis, or commissioning of commercial building enclosure systems and a solid understanding of building science principles.

Requirements

• Conducting reviews of drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify enclosure performance criteria are met.
• Developing project-specific BECx Plans and specifications.
• Performing site observations during construction to assess installation quality and documenting findings clearly and professionally.
• Coordinating and witnessing enclosure performance testing, such as air barrier testing, water infiltration testing, and thermal assessments.
• Supporting post-occupancy and warranty-phase evaluations to confirm long-term enclosure performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with MBP project managers and best practice teams to continuously improve MBP’s standards of quality, communication, and client service.
