Architectural Construction Manager (Full-time)

MBP is seeking an Architectural Construction Manager to oversee quality assurance, documentation, cost control, and time management on various construction projects in the Washington/Baltimore DC metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of combined education and/or experience in construction quality management, with a focus on architectural (interior and building envelope) work activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) plus 10 years of related experience and/or education
• Associates degree, plus 8 years of related experience and/or education or higher strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field, plus 5 years of related experience and/or education experience
• OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification
• Basic mathematics including computations based on field measurements
