Job Description
The Service Advisor is a critical role responsible for service/repair activities and customer communication. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive technology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage expectations and deliver positive experiences. The Service Advisor maintains vehicle repair schedules, provides accurate diagnoses, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Maintain Excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Assist with any service needs of vehicles
- Schedules service either in person or by phone
- Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery
- Ensures documentation compliance
- Adheres to safety policies
- Participates in training
