Job Description
We are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters.
Requirements
- Three to six years of experience in corporate law
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters
- Experience leading due diligence teams
- Experience managing specialists and drafting transaction documents
- Excellent writing skills
- Superior academics
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
