A boutique civil litigation practice is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its General Liability team. This role provides hands-on exposure to complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Manage general liability and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and case reports
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate closely with clients and litigation teams
