Job Description
The Senior Clinical Trial Manager will drive the execution of clinical trials at Maze Therapeutics, leading early development studies and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. The role requires hands-on experience managing Clinical Pharmacology or early-phase studies, strong executional leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health-related field
- 5-8 years of clinical operations experience
- 4 years of experience as a CTM
- Hands-on experience managing Clinical Pharmacology or early-phase studies
- Strong understanding of Clinical Pharmacology principles
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP)
- Experience conducting a broad range of clinical trial related activities
- Strong executional leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage cross-functional teams
