Job Description
MaxTech, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Insulation Estimator to play a critical role in the growth and profitability of the company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of insulation materials and installation techniques, and will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for insulation projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in estimating
- Strong understanding of insulation materials and installation techniques
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift or similar tools)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality estimates on time
