Transaction Advisory Associate (In-Person)

As a Transaction Advisory Associate, you will work in a team-oriented group, assisting with buy-side and sell-side deals, analyzing financial data, and communicating findings to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting (preferably Big 4, national, regional or large local firm)
• CPA, CFA, or eligible to sit for CPA or CFA exam
• Ability to work in-person at our downtown Austin office
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly motivated team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for project management
• Exposure or some experience with M&A transactions and Quality of Earnings reports
• Experience with recurring revenue software companies preferred
