Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing, account management or implementation role at a SaaS company
- 2+ years driving projects and meetings via web conference and phone
- 2+ years experience in manipulating and cleansing large volumes of data
- Accounting & finance background in a recurring revenue business is highly valued
- Experience helping customers implement B2B SaaS solutions is highly valued
- Experience with integrating & enabling workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferred
- Project management certifications are very helpful
