We're looking for a Head Calculator to draw up detailed cost estimates for our renovation projects. As the central link in the preparation phase, you'll investigate and analyze load books and files, request quotes, and interpret prices to find cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Ingenieur in de Bouwkunde (grondwerken, wegenbouw, betonherstellingen)
• Several years of experience, with public tenders as a must
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good communicative skills with various stakeholders
• Willingness to guide and train junior calculators
