Job Description
Injurynet, a leading provider of workplace medical services, is seeking a passionate Triage Advisor to provide telephone triage services to injured workers in Southbank, VIC. The role involves assessing client symptoms, providing clinical advice, and implementing new approaches. The position offers full training and flexible working patterns.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (Division 1 or Division 2 – Medication Endorsed)
- At least 3 years of experience as a telephone triage nurse (advantageous)
- Superior clinical nursing assessment skills
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills
- Technology proficiency and computer literacy
- Passion for high-quality patient care
