Trainer and Assessor AESED

We are expanding our team and would love you to join us! You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.

Requirements

• Ability to work with a diverse participants
• Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
• Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment
• Have the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given time
• Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
