Requirements
- Ability to work with a diverse participants
- Be a driven, supportive and community minded person, working with learners and in some regions, non-English speakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
- Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment
- Have the capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given time
- Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
