Job Description
Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage equipment modifications, preventative maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. The role involves resource allocation, KPI monitoring, team development, and budget management. The company emphasizes innovation, employee growth, and a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
- 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Injection Molding preferably in the Packaging Industry
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus
- Exceptional leadership and proven team-building skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred
