Office Experience and Operations Manager (On-Site)

MATTE is looking for a highly responsible, hospitality-minded Office Experience & Operations Manager to run our New York headquarters. This is more than a logistical role, it’s about shaping the day-to-day culture and elevating the experience of being in the office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in office or facilities management, ideally in a creative or agency environment
• Strong background or interest in hospitality, office culture, or experience design
• A proactive, positive, and resourceful attitude with a high level of ownership
