MATTE is a 360° full-service creative studio seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Post Producer to join our team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our projects, from bidding and scheduling to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and financial health.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Post Producer in a fast-paced environment
- Expert-level knowledge of bidding, budgeting, and scheduling
- Proven experience in a client-facing role with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- A deep understanding of modern post-production workflows, file formats, and software
- Experience managing and mentoring post-production teams
