3D Animator & Renderer

We're looking for a highly skilled 3D Animator & Renderer to join our Creative/Design team. This role sits inside MATTE's growing 3D discipline, partnering closely with Creative, Experiential, Content Production, and Post to bring conceptual worlds, environments, products, and motion design to life.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in 3D animation, rendering, or motion design
• Fluency in Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, and Unreal Engine
• Strong rendering experience in Redshift, Octane, Arnold, or similar
• A portfolio demonstrating photoreal rendering, animation craft, and worldbuilding sensibility
• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, shading, simulation, and environmental design
• Experience collaborating with creative leads, producers, and mixed-discipline teams
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment balancing speed with quality
