Job Description
The Party Chief is responsible for the overall management of the survey crew, works under the direction of the Project Manager and Construction Manager, serves as client liaison, is responsible for the safety of the crew and equipment, manages computations, and maintains safety standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years working as a surveyor on a new construction site
- 1+ year's supervisory experience
- Proficient in managing crew, time, and costs
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of Matrix Service policies and procedures
- Completed Matrix Service Safety training, Process Safety Management training and Client / Site specific training
- Pass a Background Check
