Job Description
The HR Advisor role is a generalist position where you will facilitate departments in HR service delivery, streamline and maintain HR processes, and manage operational HR tasks for employees. The role is part of an enthusiastic HR team and is responsible for the theme 'Vitality'.
Requirements
- HBO work and/or thinking level with a completed HRM education
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an advisory role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of (and experience with) working with AFAS (preferably from an application manager role)
