Roadway Superintendent - (Heavy Civil Construction)

MasTec Civil, LLC is seeking a Roadway Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and construction project execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, and will need to understand different equipment capabilities. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating inspections, and resolving field problems. The company specializes in heavy highway and infrastructure construction.

Requirements

• 4-year degrees in engineering or construction management or equivalent
• 4-year of similar construction engineering and/or surveying experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and database application systems.
