We are seeking a Senior Associate, Data to actively participate in requirement gathering sessions, design discussions, and sprint planning to shape data engineering deliverables. The ideal candidate will translate functional and technical requirements into scalable and efficient data pipeline solutions.

Requirements

• Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions, design discussions, and sprint planning
• Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable and efficient data pipeline solutions
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines based on approved specifications
• Conduct comprehensive testing across development, QA, and UAT environments
• Analyze the downstream and upstream impact of proposed changes
• Promote changes across environments and coordinate with teams to deploy and validate changes
• Monitor and support production data workflows, triage incidents, and resolve data issues within SLA timelines
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to ensure continuous delivery and minimal downtime
• Test and validate bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring all deliverables meet business needs and quality benchmarks
