Requirements

• Actively supervising daily operations under the guidance and support of the management team
• Setting and breaking down restaurants
• Overseeing daily operations
• Ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding and ensuring safety and sanitation policies
• Keeping team focused and on track
• Coordinating team operations
• Seeking out additional resources to resolve issues in the immediate environment
• Coordinating task assignments
• Monitoring staff development
• Providing additional training
• Maintaining team motivation
• Assisting and overseeing monthly inventory
• Overseeing opening/closing of restaurant
