Job Description
The Massachusetts AI Hub is seeking a Director of AI Innovation Ecosystem Development to lead their efforts to build a world-class community connecting startups, researchers, investors, and end-users. This role involves designing programs, building relationships, and promoting awareness of the Hub's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing ecosystem activities and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, venture capital, or economic development
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, or adjacent technology domains
- Proven ability to design and execute programs serving multiple stakeholders
- Experience facilitating cross-sector working groups
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Experience promoting initiatives through events and media
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience delivering presentations and speaking effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
- Leadership and team management experience
- Availability to work at Westborough or Boston, MA
