Program Associate, Educational Partnerships and Workforce Investments

The Educational Partnerships and Workforce Investments Program Associate at the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center (MLSC) will support the implementation of internship programs, focusing on those that benefit college and high school students. The role involves scheduling events, communicating with stakeholders, managing data, and collaborating with various teams to facilitate access to internships. It requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with diverse and underrepresented populations.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Experience with project management (preferred).
• Understanding of life sciences and higher education system in Massachusetts (preferred).
