Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy bachelor's, master's, or doctorate program
• Eligible member of APTA
• Valid Physical Therapy License from Virginia or reciprocal compact state
• AHA BLS Provider CPR
• Professional competency as a general practitioner as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association
