The Faculty Clinical Pharmacist works as part of a multidisciplinary team in the Family Medicine Residency Clinic, providing clinical pharmaceutical services to patients and participating in Resident education.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Pharmacist license in the state of VA
- Comprehensive computer knowledge and skills of Windows/Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Completion of a PGY1 ASHP-accredited residency (ambulatory care or equivalent practice experience) preferred
- Board-certified pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or Board-certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCAP) preferred
- Didactic and experiential teaching experience preferred
- Prior EPIC (EHR) utilization preferred
