Engineer In Training I/II - Structural

Martin/Martin, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) to join their Structural Engineering Group in San Mateo, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects with various structural materials and gain experience in building design and retrofitting. The position provides a collaborative and innovative work environment with a focus on client service and high-quality designs. It is a full-time, in-office position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an engineering curriculum in Architectural, Civil, Structural, or related engineering field.
• Passed FE Examination
• 0-4 years’ experience
• Master's degree in engineering from an engineering curriculum in Architectural, Civil, Structural, or related engineering field. (Preferred)
• GPA of 3.5 or higher (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of building and material design codes
• Experience using computer design and graphics software (AutoDesk REVIT, RAM, SAP, ETABS, RISA, etc.)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with a commitment to client service
