CNC Operator 2nd Shift

We're looking for skilled CNC Machine Operators to join our team at Martin Sprocket & Gear. As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and running full production cycles on CNC machines, optimizing performance, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Strong basic math skills
• Accurate record-keeping of machining processes
• Familiarity with metals, fixtures, lathe/mill tooling, and FANUC controllers
• Hands-on experience with Doosan or Mori Lathe/VTL/Mill machines
• Ability to read, comprehend, and complete reports in English
• Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning heavy components
• Consistent attendance and adherence to company policies
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and stand for the entire shift
• Eagerness to learn and grow new skills
• Strong collaboration and positive attitude
