Pharmacy Technician

Maintains inventory of drugs and supplies, prepares and places drug orders, and manages recall information. Assists in communication and handling of product recalls, and evaluates inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply. Leads coworkers by example and maintains favorable attendance.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Current pharmacy technician license/registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Successful completion of AHA approved courses in BLS upon hire
• One (1) year experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in a hospital environment preferred
