Service Technician

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician to join their Toyota dealership team in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The role offers a supportive environment with comprehensive training, equipment, and scheduling. Technicians will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, communicating with customers and supervisors, and adhering to dealership policies.

Requirements

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency.
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor and the customer.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Computer literate.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
