Job Description
marta is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) to build and scale their Hourly Care business unit in Marta, the first major city. This role involves strategy, operational implementation, product development, go-to-market, team building, and partnerships, all while directly working with the founding team. The EiR will own the business from conception to scaling and shape a new area that improves the quality and accessibility of 24-hour care.
