Job Description
Marley is seeking experienced Production Operatives to join their team at Beenham, near Reading. This role involves efficient manufacturing of high-quality roof tiles using manual handling tools and machinery. The company is a leading UK roofing manufacturer, with a commitment to safety, quality, and waste reduction.
Requirements
- Experienced operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
- FLT counterbalance licence preferred but not essential
- Team player with attention to detail
- Good level of English, verbal and written skills
- IOSH qualification desirable
- Forward-thinking individual with process improvement mindset
