Job Description
Marshalls is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to lead a team in a customer-facing location in Sittingbourne, Kent. The role involves ensuring the continued operation of the production process through fault finding, maintenance, and routine tasks, working 42 hours per week and rotating shifts including days and nights. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Electrical and/or mechanical qualifications
- 3+ Years’ experience operating in a medium/large automated manufacturing operation
- Experience of leading an engineering team
- Good understanding of environmental and health and safety issues
- Experience in electrical fault finding, defect rectification, and routine maintenance
