Client Advisor

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh Commercial as a Client Advisor. This hybrid role involves servicing both new and existing clients with commercial insurance products, managing renewals, invoicing, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience within insurance, preferably personal lines or commercial insurance
• Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
