Team Member (Nights - $1,500 Sign-on Bonus)

Lead Operator to coordinate a small team of operators, identify and repair mechanical breakdowns, and achieve line targets in a high-speed production environment. The role requires mechanical training or background, leadership experience, and a GCSE level education.

Requirements

• Educated to GCSE level
• Mechanical training or background is a must.
• Experience leading / coordinating a small team of associates - again desirable.
• Experience in FMCG / High speed production – desirable.
