Maropost is seeking a Director of Brand to build and scale the company's brand strategy across all touchpoints. The role is responsible for establishing and overseeing Maropost's worldwide brand strategy, including brand architecture, positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of brand, creative, or marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven success developing and scaling global brand strategy in high-growth environments.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in visual identity systems, storytelling, and multi-channel brand execution.
- Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing external creative resources, agencies, and production partners.
- Ability to balance big-picture brand vision with hands-on execution when needed.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows and an eagerness to leverage innovation in brand development.
