Job Description
Join our internal Billerica Manufacturing Engineering team as an Associate, Manufacturing Process Engineer. Design and optimize manufacturing processes, drive cost saving initiatives, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 0-2 year of experience in a manufacturing facility
- Problem solving, ideation, creativity, and investigative skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing methods and environments
- Prior experience with technical project management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grasp of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and detailed schematics
- Experience with Solidworks/ Fusion 360 or other CAD
