Buy-Ins/Settlements Analyst

MarketAxess is a financial services company that is digitally transforming the fixed-income market. We are seeking a Settlements Analyst to join our team, with a strong foundation in buy-ins and settlements, and a passion for learning and growing in the field.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in buy-in or settlements
• Familiarity with the DTCC portal and Smarttrack is a plus
• Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment while maintaining good risk assessment and escalation awareness
• Strong multitasking and analytical skills with the availability to prioritize processes and responsibilities
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with Shadow, Neolink, or BMO OLBB is a bonus
• Series 99 or SIE preferred (ability to obtain within your first six months of employment)
