Job Description
MarketAxess is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their Facilities team as an Associate, Reception and Facilities. The role involves managing the daily experience of the NYC office, coordinating guest logistics, and maintaining office operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, reception or facilities support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and everyday office technology
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
