Senior Product Designer (First Design Hire)

We're hiring our first product designer to build the design function from the ground up and establish our design system. The role is high-ownership and high-urgency, requiring a strong UX craft and systems thinking. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of shipping complex flows end-to-end and is comfortable with information architecture, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI.

Requirements

• Expert-level Figma
• Experience with design systems and structured component libraries
• Familiarity with front-end constraints (Vue.js, Tailwind, responsive layouts)
• Experience defining tracking plans and measuring adoption (Amplitude)
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
• Comfortable working remotely
