Packaging Supervisor (Night Shift)

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company hiring a Packaging Supervisor for their 2nd Shift. The role involves overseeing packaging operations, leading a team, and ensuring quality control and safety standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, and effective use of computer skills.

Requirements

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of supervisory / leadership experience in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes, high-speed packaging equipment, safety and quality control standards
• Experience in bottling or canning high speed operations
• Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS office, Teams, OneNote, and email
• Lean Management or similar program experience
• Proven experience and examples of creating, implementing and sustaining manufacturing processes and procedures
