Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional ready to take on a new challenge as the Assistant Branch Manager. As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will show initiative to support and exceed branch goals, demonstrate strong performance under pressure, and manage multiple priorities with confidence and energy in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role
- 2+ years in a consumer lending, financing, and/or team lead position
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly motivated individual with an interest in the consumer finance industry
- Capable of meeting and exceeding individual sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use various technologies and learn new programs
- Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy
- Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state
