Marine Fleet Manager

Marcap LLC is seeking a proficient Marine Fleet Manager to oversee the operation of a diverse fleet. This role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and effective management of marine assets, optimizing performance, and maintaining operational excellence. The manager will be responsible for daily operations, maintenance, personnel management, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine fleet management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of maritime regulations, safety standards, and fleet performance metrics
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Experience with DP2 vessels is essential
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Willingness to travel as necessary for fleet oversight and operations
